4. Our justifications for processing your data

This is especially the case if you make an order, consult product warranty topics or visit product specifications pages. Furthermore, Grit International may exchange information necessary for fulfilling a contract within its Group and distributors.In the scope of fulfilling contracts, processing requests or other purposes specified in Section 3, Grit International may call in third parties (such as specialists for technical support, service providers for handling requests, or communication partners) which may view data, but only if necessary to render the service in question. Grit International ensures that third parties only process personal data in compliance with the requirements of the applicable data protection legislation. 6. Storage limitation
Unless indicated otherwise, the personal data will be stored until the purpose is achieved. Grit International may be required to retain data for financial accounting, fiscal or other legal reasons. This period of time depends on the data and countries in question and generally does not amount to more than eleven years. Data used in the scope of web analysis is generally deleted within a few days or is completely anonymized. It is your duty to store your data which you consider to be necessary. We are not obligated to store this data and can delete the data at any time, especially if we have no obligations to retain the data.
